Description

"Isleta Pueblo" is a photograph by professional photographer Carol Fisher. Measures 20" x 27" - archival original printed on Hahnemuhle Photo Rag.

Carol Fisher is a New Yorker who lived in California for 25 years and moved to New Mexico in 2001. She has studied with many accomplished photographers including Ansel Adams, John Sexton, and Arthur Ollman. In 1972 she built her first darkroom and worked in black & white for many years. Currently, she works with digital photography using a Cannon 20D, Macintosh G5, and Epson 2200 printer. The print offered at this auction was printed by Carr Imaging in Albuquerque.

Carol Fisher's photography is showing at Johnson's of Madrid Gallery in Madrid during April and May. It will also be shown at the Belen Heritage House Museum in June.

She has shown nationally and her work is held in numerous collections across the U.S. Much of her work has been internationally based, having traveled extensively in the Caribbean, Europe, Central & South America, and Asia.
