This auction is for MARE in FOAL to PIK L. Mare is "Swizzle Lass" a 1985 TB black/bay mare standing 16.1 H by Star of Erin out of Swizzle Stick. Mare is in the Oldenburg N.A. main mare book and was presented to the Rheinland Pfalz Saar International in 2004 and was entered into their main mare book. She has produced a number of PREMIUM foals. He is by the Celle stallion Pik Bube II, brother to the better know Pik Bube I, ridden by Herbert Rabein. Pik L has proven himself in the show ring time and again. Starting with his 4th place finish at the 2003 Pan Am Games, he has since won the Small Tour at Dressage at Devon in 2003 and 2004. He also placed 4th in 2005 at the CHIO of Aachen in I-1 Freestyle. This year he will show at Devon in the Juniors with current partner Noel Williams.

Pik L is a prepotent sire, stamping his foals with his looks and his character. He is an exceptional choice for refined TB mares who need more bone and improved movement. Pik L produces get with easy temperaments and high rideability. His son, Paradise Valley, sold at the prestigious PSI Auction for an impressive 180,000 euro (approx $216K).
