One Free Ballet Class at the ACBT Performing Arts Academy. The ACBT Performing Arts Academy is the official school of the Atlantic Contemporary Ballet Theatre. The Academy educates both the serious student as well as those who want to learn and exercise, ages three through sixty-five. Students in ballet will apply the Russian technique as well as the Bournonville technique. Both of these techniques serve to abide by the laws of anatomy. The Academy offers classes on classical ballet, jazz, hip hop, adagio, tap and pointe. For adults, dance classes are offered for those with no previous dance experience, as well as intermediate and advance training for those with a background of dance.
