Artist Louis Conrad Rosenberg (1890-1983) was commissioned by the Van Sweringen brothers to document their construction of Cleveland's Terminal Tower, include construction sites, demolitions, and surrounding buildings. This etching is the 19th in a series of 22, completed in July 1929, and views the Terminal from the W. 3rd Street bridge.
