In a half- to full-day workshop and consultative session, your subject matter experts (SMEs) will learn how to design sessions that tap into the principles of adult learning, actively engage participants, and deliver the relevant, take-home value your members demand. Your staff will learn tips and techniques for working more effectively with SMEs to ensure quality member learning is delivered. Over lunch, enjoy great conversation among peers and staff about how the association's learning opportunities can better meet the needs of members. This "day of learning" will be designed to focus on the winning organization's learning needs through use of a mini-assessment of SMEs' skills, knowledge, and abilities as well as consultation with staff to determine particular challenges being faced.
