Amy Hamilton, RYT, is one of the finest Iyengar yoga instructors in the Essex County area. I have studied with her for over four years, and am delighted to offer these lessons to introduce you to her teaching as well as to the many benefits of yoga.

Amy offers classes in her beautiful studio in West Orange NJ as well as other studios nearby. The Iyengar tradition of yoga emphasizes alignment and uses simple props to help students attain the benefits of poses no matter what their physical condition. You do not need to be limber, thin or fit! The only requirements are relaxed clothing, an empty stomach and an open mind.
