This lot, to benefit CANV's Senior Nutrition Program - Meals on Wheels is so special it can only be found at charity Auctions. Bidding is now open for a Magnum of Haribson 2002 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvigonon. The opening bid for this item is a small fraction of what this wine has sold for at other auctions. 

After a lifetime of wine collecting, Joe and Patricia Harbison are now vintners. Their jewel of a vineyard is situated in Napa Valley 's Oakville appellation, adjacent to such well-known names as Dalla Valle, Screaming Eagle and Phelps Backus. Under the stewardship of Winemaker Gary Brookman (who also serves as winemaker for Miner Family Winery, Clark-Claudon Vineyards and Grace Family Vineyard) this impressive Cabernet Sauvignon (which also includes small amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc) achieves opulent layered fruit and considerable complexity. Only five barrels – approximately 100 cases – of 2002 JP Harbison Cabernet Sauvignon were produced.

Napa Valley Shelter Project's sister program, Senior Nutrition, Meals on Wheels will recieve 100% of the funds from this special lot.
