Description
For small office/home office (SOHO) or any small-to medium-sized business. A complete consultative review and analysis of your entire company's technologies... from your telephony to your computer systems to your office machines to your security system and beyond: Any technology that you use (or wish you used) to run your business, large or small, will be reviewed for appropriateness, efficiency and cost effectiveness by a high-tech executive management consultant with 30 years of experience. Whether you already own the technology and wonder if it was really the right decision after all, or you don't yet have the technology and wonder if you should go ahead and purchase it, this business service auction item is for you. Even if you're not quite sure what technology you need for your business, The DesElms Consultancy can help you as part of this auction item.
This business service auction item includes up to five (5) full business days of data collection and analysis, culminating in a beautifully-bound, professional report detailing everything you need to know about whatever technology you already have, or wish you had; along with recommendations for change, as apporpriate, and estimates of both what it would cost to effect it, and how it would benefit you.
The resulting report may be used as a guide to either better use of your existing technology, or to acquire new and better technology, as appropriate. It is highly unlikely that significant overall savings and greater efficiency will not result when all is said and done.
For a consulting engagement like this, a small- to medium-sized business would normally pay from $2,500 to as much as $7,500. However, bidding on this most valuable of services begins at just $750... a phenomenal bargain!
Virtually any business would benefit mightily from this auction item. Professional service businesses -- like law offices, for example -- are particularly right for this sort of thing; but, then again, so would be a winery or a small distribution company. Home offices, real estate firms... virtually any type of business can benefit.

If it's a little further, don't sweat it... something can always be worked-out.
The engagement must be commenced within 90 days of the end of the auction; and will be completed within thirty (30) days of said commencement.

If the winning bidder requests of DesElms any services which are beyond the scope of this engagement, such services would be negotiated between the parties, and billable separately.
