This auction is for one custom Twin size (43" x 75") DreamCatcher ™ Weighted Blankets. Winning bidder will choose fabrics from a large selection of fabrics, including but not limited to cotton, flannel, fleece, etc. or any combination. Winning bidder will also choose the weight desired up to 15LBS. The industry standard formula that most OT's use to determine the starting weight for a blanket is 10% body weight PLUS one pound. For example a 100 pound person would start with an 11LB blanket. If you or an OT know's the user responds to deep pressure well ,you may want to increase that weight by a few pounds. DreamCatcher ™ weighted blankets are weighted with poly beads, the only proven SAFE, effective and practical weighting material on the market today. The weights are evenly distributed throughout the blanket, the preferred weighting method by professionals. The DreamCatcher ™ patent pending design uses multiple fabric layers and stitching for added durability and strength.
