Jocelyn Penner is a certified College Admissions Counselor. She will happily work with students of all abilities, including kids with low GPAs, underachievers, and those with low self esteem. Her particular area of expertise is counseling students with disabilities, such as learning differences, ADD and Asperger Syndrome. For such students, Jocelyn will assist families in understanding the critical differences among the many services and programs offered by colleges, and has first-hand knowledge of the academic support colleges actually provide.
