Orangewood Children's Foundation Children's Trust Fund program(CTF) provides financial assistance and educational support to current and emancipated foster youth in Orange County up to their 25th birthday. Up to $500 can provide a part-time student attending community college living expenses or school expenses for one year. Up to $6,000 can provide a full-time student attending a university tuition, books, supplies and living expenses for one year.
