You and at least 7 others can relax and unwind at this beautiful 2 bedroom waterfront house with an air-conditioned sun room, covered deck with swing and rockers. There is a picnic area just next door on vacant lot. There are two TVs with a DVD player for movies you may bring. Also: Boat launch just quarter of a mile. Boat or jet skies can be left in front of the house.

Special Instructions
The house is located on Lake Sam Rayburn.
The East Texas Jamboree, known locally as Branson in Broaddus, is every Saturday night. Included with your 10 tickets are 10 "all you can eat" catfish dinners.
