Description
The Endurance Performance Test is used to evaluate your adaptation to your training program and establish optimal power and pace training zones to assure continued improvement. During this ramp test (progressively more difficult stages lasting from 3-4 minutes) we will evaluate and measure the number of stages that you are able to complete as well as your heart rate, power and RPE at each stage. As your fitness improves, you should be able to complete more stages, and your heart rate and RPE should decrease at each workload.
