Charlie Beiggs Restaurant first opened it's doors 20 years ago in a historic 1934 building, which was originally the North Windham fire station.  From that day forward, this business has always been owned and operated by local folks who live in this same community.  As the saying goes, "the owner is in the store!"

We are not just one of many in a large chain of restaurants.  There is only one Charlie Beiggs and it is our sincere desire to provide outstanding food to all of our friends, neighbors and visitors.  We prepare our dishes one at a time with only the freshest top quality ingredients that we purchasse from local Maine vendors.  Our meals reflect a quality that you just don't find in a chain restaurant.  This is not a "thaw and serve" operation.  We prepare our meals from scratch - just as you would do.  We work very hard to provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all our guests and we sincerely hope that your visit will be a memorable one!
