Roger Agnese, owner of Start to Finish Residential and Commercial Painting, will provide up to 5 hours of paint services (time divided between consultation, product selection, prep, application & clean-up, based on client need/desire). Included in the price of this auction item is a $50 materials allowance.

Special Instructions
Valid until 3/30/08. Schedule as agreed on between purchaser and painter after the auction. Within a 20 mile radius of Portland. Certificate may be picked up at the Center or will be mailed to the winning bidder.
