Tracy Pope has been cooking professionally for over fifteen years. As the daughter of an Army Colonel, Tracy lived throughout the United States and Germany. Because of her travels she has learned to appreciate and cook a variety of foods. Tracy is a graduate of Georgia Southern College and the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier Vermont. She has cooked in restaurants in Atlanta, apprenticed under famed pastry chef Joseph Poupon, been a chef on a private yacht and was Executive Chef of Galleranis Caf in Provincetown, Massachusetts until 1999.
