One of the NFL's most dangerous downfield threats, Stallworth was acquired via trade from the New Orleans Saints on 8/28 in return for LB Mark Simoneau and a conditional fourth-round draft pick in the 2007 draft. The lightning-quick Stallworth finished 2006 ranked second on the team in receiving yardage (725) and tied for second in receiving TDs (5) despite only playing in 12 games.

In addition, Stallworth's 19.1 yards per catch led the entire NFL. In fact, he and teammate Reggie Brown proved to be one of the best big-play wide receiver tandems in the league as they both ranked in the top 10 in that category.
