Description

Estate Plan includes a Simple Will, an Advance Health Care Directive (aka Living Will) and a Financial Power of Attorney.  This is valid only for Maine residents with estates valued at under $800,000 and which do not involve any dependent children who are permanently disabled as these situations require a more complex type of estate plan.
