Description
Conceptual design for a maximum 1,500 square foot addition or 3,500 square foot new home or structure by an award winning architect.
Includes:
-One initial meeting for design consultation.
-Digital photographic documentation of the site or building for design purposes.
-Assessment in consultation with City or County government staff regarding code restrictions and potentials for development.
-Conceptual floor plan and two exterior elevations showing basic but major aspects of design approach and appearance.
-One additional "on site" meeting to explain concept and present drawings.
Does not include:
-The production of architectural plans ("as-built" plans) for building(s) or features currently existing on site.
-Topographic Survey of lot if needed for conceptual design purposes.
-Submittals or presentations to City or County for design review.
-Detailed cost evaluation for proposed construction.
