Includes BBQ Tri-tip Steak (substitutions available), Fresh Organic Green Salad with Home-made Ranch and Italian Dressings, Cactus Chili Beans, Salsa, and Pit-roasted Garlic Bread…maybe even Lana’s special home-made blackberry chipotle BBQ sauce, if in season!

Portable BBQ provided, if needed. Also includes set-up, buffet service, plates, utensils, and ALL CLEAN UP (yes, parents! No clean-up!)
