Description
This large quilt measures 95 by 95 inches, which is queen size. It is also suitable to be used as a top layer on a king-size bed. This is a traditional quilt created especially for Wyoming Seminary's 32nd auction by Rosalie Kushner, grandparent of Stephen '07, Katie '09 and Andrew '14 Levandoski.
This unique design was hand pieced and professionally machine quilted. The design represents a galaxy of stars in a combination of vivid colors surrounded by hundreds of flying geese, all floating on an ecru background.
This is a one of a kind heirloom piece.
Donated by Rosalie Kushner and Diane Levandoski, president of the Lower School Parents Association.
