Highland Hospital OB Education offers a childbirth refresher class. This class is for expectant women and support persons who have attended child birth classes within the last five years for a previous birth. You will review the process of labor, birth, and postpartum breathing and relaxation techniques, medical interventions in labor and delivery, your hospital stay, and preparing your children for the new baby. This is a three hour class.
