For the last 8 months, the Humane Society of Knox County has received dogs from the LA/SPCA at their shelter in Thomaston, Maine for adoption. This relationship not only opens up valuable kennel space, it has also aloud some harder to place dogs, due to size or age, to find amazing homes. The proceeds from this print, generously donated by the Humane Society of Knox County and two of its supporters, Andrew Wyeth and Primrose Framing, will enable the LA/SPCA to continue this program.
