Description
What: Practical Self-Defense training for women, kids, or anyone. Confrontation avoidance and victim avoidance, effective strikes, kicks and blocks. Attidude development.

Who: David Steinbach, UMASS Lowell '77, former U.S. Marine, Viet Nam Era veteran, martial artist since 1985.
Cost: Covers everything except AAU Membership {required for mandatory Insurance purposes ($35)}.
When: Beginning any Wednesday @ 6:00 PM. One (1) hour class. Optional "Kung Fu" instruction from 7-8.
Why: NO ONE should be a victim. A little practice can go a long way to prevent or minimize that from happening.
Special Instructions
Requirements:
1. You want to be there.
2. You can focus and pay attention.
3. You must join the AAU (Amateur Athletic Union) for insurance requirement.
4. A Release Form must signed. If under 18, parent or legal guardian is required.
