Special Instructions
Hyatt Gift Card is good for purchases at participating Hyatt Hotels and Resorts in the U.S., Canada and Caribbean. Not valid for casino charges, deposit or payment for group/meeting/catering functions, advance purchased packages or at concessions within the hotel not owned or operated by Hyatt. Total purchase costs will be reduced by the value remaining on the card. In Canada, purchases will be reduced by converting the USD value of the card into local currency. If a transaction exceeds the card’s available balance, the user must pay the difference. The card must be presented at the time of purchase. The card is not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen, and may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash. No change will be returned from this card.
Recipients of the SpaFinder Gift Certificate must call the spa directly to book their appointments and/or accommodations. Be sure to tell the spa that you are going to be using a Spa Finder Gift Certificate. When searching for spas online, look for the gift certificate icon on a spa's overview page. This designates that it accepts Spa Finder Gift Certificates.
The American Express gift card is a prepaid payment device that comes with a set dollar value that is printed on the front of the gift card. Gift card is only valid in the United States. It is not a credit card, charge card, or debit card. The Gift Card can not be used at car rentals, cruise lines, for recurring billing purchases, or at casinos or ATMs. Usage restrictions also apply for international airlines.
