In a few short, fun hours you will develop Blackjack playing skills which will place you in top few percent of all players! Light snacks and beverages will be provided during training.

This course consists of;

§  2 hrs of "class work" and applied Blackjack theory to learn how to systematically reduce the house advantage to half a percent or less.

§  1 hr of practice play for non-cash prizes following the class work.

§  An optional half day field trip to a Puget Sound Casino the following day. At the only $1 casino BJ table in Washington OR At a Puget Sound Casino BJ game with no house advantage!

You will learn;

§  How to make the best playing decision for every possible hand in terms of standing, hitting, splitting, doubling, or surrendering

§  How to recognize the BJ games with the best player odds.

§  Which games to play and which to avoid.

§  Which bets to avoid.

§  How to earn valuable comps (free hotel stays, meals and entertainment) at minimal cost.

§  An introduction to the concept of card counting (How does one systematically win at BJ? And what does it take to be successful?)

Your instructor is an expert level BJ player with more than 25 yrs of experience of BJ advantage play. You will receive valuable, easy to use, reference materials to help you retain/refresh your skills and aid you in real world game selection so that you are totally prepared to have the very best chance of winning the next time you decide to play BJ in a casino.

The instructor will lead an optional field trip to a Puget Sound Casino where we will apply what we have learned in class. You will have the benefit of having the instructor at your table while playing to provide whatever guidance and error correction as needed in real time. Your twenty dollar buy in should last all day and all night! We will put to use in a real casino the skills that were developed the previous day in class!

 

Special Instructions

A Saturday/Sunday from March to Sept 2007 will be mutually agreed upon between the instructor and the auction award winner for the class and field trip.
