A private cooking class for up to 10 people held in the beautiful showroom of Dybdahl's Classic Kitchens in Middleton
The winner will work directly with Pamelyn Hatfield, former chef and manager of Blue plate Catering and the original Opera House Restaurant to design a class to appeal to your palate.

Class will be held during a week night evening or weekend day or evening.
Winner will arrange date and time with Chef
Extra charges for food may apply if choosing a menu item of higher value (i.e. lobster) wine/cocktails available at an extra charge or can supply own.
