Made here in Wisconsin by Baraboo Candy Company, Home of the Cow Pie, where we use only fine Wisconsin milk & butter to make our rich caramel. We then cover this wonderful treat with a coating from Clasens of Middleton. A truly homemade real Wisconsin treat.
