The back of the jacket (pictured) has the Patriots' logo embroidered in the middle of gray/blue leather, with the team name stitched across the upper back.  The Pat Patriot logo is also embroidered on the upper part of the right arm, and on the front of the jacket over the left breast.  "NFL" is also embroidered on the left sleeve near the cuff.
