"Star Dieppe" was painted in watercolors by Dick Hurdle, 82, following a visit to the port of Wilmington, North Carolina. He grew up in Washington, DC, studied at the Parsons School of Design in New York City, and worked 30 years in the design department of the Washington Post. Married, with two adult children, he now lives at Leisure World in Montgomery County, Maryland.

The dimensions of this painting are 18"x23" framed.
