"Tower of Belem" was painted by Bill Polcsa, 78. A lifetime painter, he uses his former Navy travels as inspiration for his art. Buildings and churches are his favorite subjects. A former shipbuilding designer from Massachusetts, he lives at Leisure World retirement community in Silver Spring, Maryland, and has five grandsons.
