"Floral Fantasy" was painted by Elizabeth Siegel, 78, a professional artist who has been painting since she was 10 years old. She has studied at the Pratt Institute of Art and the Phoenix Art Museum, and she has exhibited extensively. This painting is one of her many watercolors. She has four daughters and nine grandchildren and lives in Silver Spring, Maryland.
