Author Ann Milton and Illustrator Jill Chambers have created Ask Me if I'm a Frog, a delightful picture book comparing the anatomy and lifestyle of a pond-dwelling frog with those of a small girl.

This colorful pillowcase art, primarily in tones of green and blue, has a music motif. It's most likely taken from an illustration in the book. But whatever the source, this is a detailed and beautiful work of art that would add a sense of serenity to any young girl's bedroom. Jill Chambers has signed the work subtlety in the blanket on the bed.



About the Illustrator: As a small child Jill Chambers' favorite part of the day was story time, and by the time she was six years old she knew that she wanted to illustrate books. After moving to Holland, MI, she started a graphic design business. She eventually took a six-week leave to work on a children's book portfolio. In illustrating Ask Me If I'm a Frog, she discovered how much she loved illustrating the imaginative possibilities afforded by nature.
