What is HiBall, you ask?

It is a fun, high intensity volleyball/basketball game where all players jump high on trampolines while a the same time trying to score baskets by throwing a ball into a basket that is behind and over the head of each player. The person with the most baskets when time is over is the winner. HiBall is a very unique activity that combines a great workout with great fun!
