Additional Nights may be purchased at $300 per night. The normal rate per night is $500-$600. Based on Availability, Reservations Required, Can not be combined with any other offer or another certificate, guest occupancy agreement must be signed. Cleaning Fee of $75 will apply and all taxes based on normal rental rate of $500 per night (11.75% hospitality tax.) Must be used no later than one year from date acquired.
