Tickets are subject to embargo days. Certain rules and restrictions
apply. Tickets are valid for one year from the date of the event and are non-transferable.

Terms and Conditions
Prize is valid for prize-winner only and is non-transferable. All travel
must be completed by September 1, 2007. No extensions are allowed. Seat
assignments will be provided at airport check in on the day of your departure. Passengers must travel on the same itinerary. Once a ticket is issued, change of routing is not allowed.

Winning bidder pays for actual cost of shipping--cost depends on shipping address. Item cannot be resold.

These tickets are subject to embargo during peak travel periods. While
reservations may be made for your chosen flights, these tickets are subject to availability. Not valid on BA Codeshare flights. Subject to availability is defined as an operational constraint; boarding priority
is given to passengers who have paid full fare for their tickets. There
may exist a possibility that you will be downgraded or off-loaded from your intended flight and you will not be entitled to Denied Boarding Compensation.

This prize may not be sold, bartered, purchased or utilized by a third party, nor may it be used as an auction item under any circumstances. The prize will be deemed VOID if any such action takes place.

Once tickets are issued, validity would be 90 days from the date of issue. Reissues and extensions are not permitted for any reason.

To process your request three weeks advance notice is mandatory. Please
submit original prize letter. This letter must also include verification
of accompanying passenger and his/her relationship to prizewinner. Include your routing and approximate date of travel as British Airways
flights may be embargoed. The booking must be ticketed in North America. No wait-listing can be done for Value Tickets. Third party ticketing is not permitted. Tickets are to be arranged and ticketed by the BA
ticketing office. Tickets will be issued as e-tickets except where the route is not e-ticketable.
