One hour of private personal training session at your home or office.  Kristi Major trains her clients at their home or office around the Bay Area.  All equipment including Swiss ball, mat, medicine balls, resistance bands, and dumbbells are provided. She also instructs clients at her private gym on Indiana Street in San Francisco.

 A great way to overcome fear of the gym!
