This famous Wine Maker Dinner includes the best of Chef Schmidt's innovative cuisine paired with selections from some of the West Coast's top boutique wineries.  Each four-to-five course dinner is paired with a variety of wines from the featured producer; many are not available anywhere else in Michigan!  You will learn about the wines and their production from a winery representative and their chefs will describe how each wine is expertly paired with the food.  It's an evening fit for all wine and food lovers, beginners to novice alike!
