The mission of the Kripalu Center in Lenox, MA is to promote the art and science of yoga as a foundation for a revitalized society. This retreat includes Retreat and renewal yoga classes and experiential workshops, use of sauna, whirlpool, Fitness Room, buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, and more!
