This is the original freshman beanie that all incoming students wore. On the first day of school in September 1962, we went to Barry College (classes were held there for the first three months) and were presented with beanies to wear by Father McCarthy and Father Sullivan. The beanie is a navy blue with BC (Biscayne College) in white. - This is a donation by Gene Fitzpatrick, Class of 1968.
