Demeco Ryan, a Linebacker for the Houston Texans, was the 2006 AFC Defensive Rookie of the Year. Drafted from the famed Alabama "Crimson Tide"  -- Ryan was 2005 First-Team All-American. A tackling machine, in his first season he has had racked up nine games with double-digit tackling stats.
