The Kotel - Enamel Art

Item Number: 108
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Since ancient times, enameling has been the fusing of ground class (enamels) to a metal, usually copper in a kiln at 1500F, to achieve the permanent, brilliant colors. Each piece is fired as often as 15-25 times to produce the rich, vibrant colors.
This piece was handcrafted by NHC's own Ilse Lang. It features the Western Wall in Jerusalem and is mounted on black lucite.
This is a Live Event Item.
