Description

Since ancient times, enameling has been the fusing of ground class (enamels) to a metal, usually copper in a kiln at 1500F, to achieve the permanent, brilliant colors. Each piece is fired as often as 15-25 times to produce the rich, vibrant colors.

This piece was handcrafted by NHC's own Ilse Lang.  It features a floral centerpiece and is mounted on black lucite.
