Effortless Entertaining for Eight: Be a guest at your own party!

OK, I am not an Iron Chef or even an Aluminum Chef. But my whole grain bread won a blue ribbon at the Rockland County Fair, and I am ready and willing to prepare a memorable dinner for you and your guests.

You will decide on the main course: beef, chicken or vegetarian. There are also different options for side dishes, bread and dessert, but I will be glad to recommend the menu choices that have been most popular in my house. If you wish, I will prepare the food in your kitchen and share the recipes and techniques. Alternatively, I will bring the food to your house in foil pans ready to heat in the oven and serve.
