CARE Program at St Mary's is a full service HIV/AIDS service provider.  This wreath was created by one of the Doctor's.  The wrath is adorned with traditional pine cones, holly, glass gold-toned ornaments and accented with soft twigs.  This is the quintessential traditional holiday wreath.
