As a 21-year Texas Instruments (TI) employee, Ken Tarango has worked in various industrial engineering positions as a manager and individual contributor in TI's Defense Systems and Electronics Group (now Raytheon Systems). He has also served for over a decade as an organization effectiveness consultant supporting many of TI's business and support units' strategic planning, team building and leadership development efforts. In this role, he has conducted strategic change and team-building workshops for several TI organizations in the United States, Mexico, China, Singapore and Israel.
