Description

This package is an all inclusive culinary experience from planning, shopping, preparing and creating a wonderful meal. These lessons may be one on one or you may invite up to four additional friends to learn along with you in the privacy of your home.

* Chef Prahst will discuss and plan a full menu of your choice with you, one on one, or as a group if you decide to invite friends. Once a menu is decided a quick inventory of ingredients already in your kitchen will be taken and a grocery list will be made for additional items.

* Field trip to the grocery store for shopping! Chef Prahst will accompany you to the grocery store and educate you on how to select the best foods, best quality and best prices for items on your menu.

* Back to the house! Chef Prahst will begin instruction upon return to your kitchen and begin with prep. This will take approximately three hours and the use of kitchen, utensils, cookware and refrigerator space will be required. Chef may opt to provide other personal items as well.

* Please note that you are responsible for the cost of all foods, spices, etc required for your menu.

* Chef's approval of date and times is required and must be agreed upon by both parties a minimum of 15 days prior to event. Excludes Holiday Season (November 22 thru January 1)

* Client to provide beverages and ice for the day.

* Chef will utilize your fine china, everyday dishes or specialty trays to instruct on presentation of foods.

* One assistant will accompany Chef to your home to provide instruction.

* Kitchen and service area will be left clean and in same condition as upon arrival with the exception of any prepared foods.

Chef Prahst has worked at The Meyerson Symphony Center and Food Glorious Foods both venues are divisions of Culinaire International catering to the elite of Dallas. He is currently at the Dallas Convention Center where he has catered to such celebrities as Oprah, Barbara Bush and Donald Trump.
