You'll be departing from DFW airspace and run up to a cruising speed in excess of 400 knots. The L39 is a very responsive aircraft- it can pull eight positive G's and 4 negative G's- has a max drive speed of 491 knots (that's about 560 MPH), a pressurized cockpit and servicing ceiling of 36,000 feet. You will be executing aileron rolls, high G loops, Cuban S turns, inverted flight and other maneuvers. If your pilot determines you have "the right stuff", you will have a chance to fly this bird yourself through aileron rolls and coordinated flight.
