Ads bought at auction are applicable to new advertisements not presently under contract unless specified otherwise herein. Any previously scheduled ads must be paid in cash at the previously agreed upon rate. The publisher will not accept advertiser tags from current /prospective cash advertisers with Boston magazine unless agreed upon in writing. Auction ads expire one year from date of issue unless otherwise indicated.
