Kim West, the Sleep Lady, has donated a copy of her book, Good Night, Sleep Tight , and a T-shirt, size 18 months, which proudly declares, "I Sleep Great!" 

Ms. West is an expert on getting your child to sleep, without tears, and has recently been featured in Parenting Magazine, Pregnancy Magazine, and on Good Morning America.
